Carson is a small city of 95,000 people situated in Los Angeles County, California. As it’s only about 15 miles away from the downtown area of Los Angeles, it’s considered a part of the Metropolitan Los Angeles Area.

Like other cities and towns in Southern California, Carson is known for its pleasant weather and easy access to coastal areas – where the beautiful sandy beaches are. That famous coastline is only about six miles away from the city.

Carson is also known for its views of the distant Rancho Palos Verdes, and for having more than 120 acres of green space dedicated to outdoor recreation.

Fourteen parks, various sports facilities, and three swimming pools are some of the attractions visitors can enjoy during a trip to the city. Carson is also home to a number of restaurants, retail shops, museums, and interesting attractions.

2. Visit the International Printing Museum

The International Printing Museum is an interesting place to visit. You can learn about the history of the printing press and see one of the biggest collections of authentic, well-preserved printing presses in the world.

As you pass through the museum, you will see dozens of exhibits and artefacts highlighting billions of years of natural history.
