1. Silver Dollar City White Water, Branson
Cool down and have a blast at Silver Dollar City White Water. The park has a ton of wet and wild activities sure to please everyone. Daredevils will love the KaPau Plummet, the huge body slide with huge drops and high speeds. Jump on a tube and race down the Pipeline Plunge or the Waikiki Wave slides. Grab the family and get on board a raft for the white waters of the Ohana Falls. The park also features mat racers, an exciting five hundred thousand gallon wave pool and a lazy river. Tots will love Coconut Cove, where the activities and slides were designed just for them. Children of all ages will have a blast at Splashaway Cay. 2. Adventure Oasis Water Park, Independence
Prepare for a day of super chill fun and splashes at Adventure Oasis Water Park. Children and adults alike will love the cool clear waters, exciting geysers and jets, and of course, the huge play structures. The massive water dumping bucket will have you running for cover or delighting in the huge splash. In addition to all the fun features, the park also offers swimming programs, water fitness classes, and party packages.
3. Six Flags Hurricane Harbour, Eureka
If you love big thrills and crazy slides you’re in for a treat at Hurricane Harbour. Step into the enclosed launch capsule of the Bonzai Pipeline and go shooting down the six story high slide at speeds of up to 40mph. Try the Speed Slides if you dare. There are two enclosed slides for tons of twists and turns and a huge, straight open slide that will send you zipping down to the bottom in no time. There’s a host of tube slides as well as slides for younger riders. The raft rides at the park are not to be missed. Hurl through the eye of the Tornado which sends you rafting into a giant funnel or grab the whole family and go whooshing down the Big Kahuna. 4. Timber Falls Indoor Waterpark, Osage Beach
For a day of family fun where the weather is always just right, visit Timber Falls Indoor Waterpark. For thrill seekers there’s over six hundred feet of wild, twisting slides. People of all ages will love the activity pool complete with basketball and other fun games. Relax down the twisting lazy river or take the kids over to the giant kiddie area. If you’ve worked up an appetite, enjoy the snack bar.
5. Super Splash USA, Raytown
For the perfect day filled with splashes and great family memories, visit Super Splash. Children of all ages will love Catalina Cove, the zero-depth entry kiddie area combined with dumping buckets and slides that are just the right size. The park’s smallest water lovers will have a blast at Pebble Beach. For an adrenalin rush, jump aboard the park’s many slides. Race your friends down the two twisting slides of the Missouri Fury. 7. Castle Rock Resort & Waterpark, Branson
For a ton of fun all year round, visit Castle Rock Resort. The indoor/outdoor waterpark offers over thirty thousand square feet of wet adventures indoors and ten thousand square feet outdoors. Huge slides will have your screaming in delight as you whoosh down to the clear waters below. The kiddie areas come complete with rain showers, waterfalls, and a huge five hundred gallon dumping bucket. Enjoy a game of basketball or just swim in the large pool. 8. Mark Twain Landing, Monroe City
For all the summer fun you can handle including both wet and dryland adventures, head on down to Mark Twain Landing. The area offers RV camping or has lodging for rent. Bring the boat and try your luck at fishing. Pack the clubs and take a swing on the two beautiful nine hole courses. Bring the whole family and kick back at the Splash Landing waterpark. There’s large waterslides for heart pounding action as well as a kiddie splash pad and pool. With so much to do, it’s sure to be a memorable vacation.
9. The Bay Water Park, Kansas City
Grab your swim suit and head over to The Bay Water Park for a fun, exciting day. Surf the unique Bayrider, the surf simulator. You can stand up or kneel like you’re boogie boarding. Kick back or make a splash at the huge Leisure Pool. The pool has three great slides including a huge bowl slide. Ride down the charming waters of the lazy river. Relax on the back of a blow up animal, shoot some hoops, swim laps, or just splash around at The Play Pool. 11. Aquaport, Maryland Heights
Aquaport is the place to be in the summer for tons of cool activities, crystal clear pools and exciting rides and slides. Adventure down the Extreme Bowl slide, the huge ride that sends riders shooting into a massive bowl to swirl round and round. Body slide down the one hundred and fifty foot long Flume Slide or brave the Rapids Slide. Delve into one hundred and fifty feet of darkness on the Tube Slide or race a friend down the Racer Slides. For young sliders there’s the Wacky Water Slide, designed just for children under 42” tall. The Family Fun Pool, with eight thousand square feet of clear waters, bubblers, fountains and other water features, is sure to delight the entire family.
12. Alligator’s Creek Aquatic Center, O’Fallon
Come down and enjoy Alligator’s Creek has to offer. Practice flips and tricks off the one meter diving board or whoosh down the exciting slides. Float down the gentle waters of the lazy river or relax in the cool, clear pool waters. There’s a giant water play structure with all the wet and wild fun you could ask for including geysers and sprayers. The park offers special events like the Cardboard Boat Race where you build your own boat to race across the park or the Pool Paws Dog Swim where you can bring your pup for a swim, games and prizes.
13. Joplin Aquatic Center, Joplin
The Joplin Aquatic Center has all you need for a day filled with fun, splashes, and a host of wild activities. The park features two beautiful pools complete with diving boards so you can practice all your tricks and show off your diving skills. Put your strength to the test on the climbing wall.
