It’s easy to spend hours at these parks, or even days, exploring the many rides and exciting activities. The pool waters are crystal clear, the slides are thrilling, the kiddie areas exciting. Whether you’re looking to cool down, soak up the rays, or are looking for year round fun there’s a park for you.

1. Water Wizz, East Wareham

For an awesome, fun filled day that has all the thrills and splashes you could ask for, check out Water Wizz. The park is home to adrenaline packed slides like Squid Row. This high thrill ride takes you on daring curves and drops in either an open or closed flume. Race down the Pirate’s Plunge in total darkness, tube down the six story high Canal ride, or choose one of five exciting slides on Hurricane Hill.

There’s a ton of other rides and attractions besides! For kids under seven there’s Little Neck Beach. With only eighteen inches of water, its’ just the right amount to stay safe and get wet. There area is complete with a host of interactive features and small slides. Captain Kid’s Island is perfect for children of all ages. Complete with water slides, sprayers, falls, tunnels, and a huge dumping bucket, it provides hours of fun. The park also has a beautiful wave pool and lazy river for hours of splashing and relaxing.

Exciting wet and wild adventures await at Hurricane Harbour Water Park. If high thrill rides are your thing, you can’t miss the Big Kahuna or the Bonzai Pipelines. The Pipelines launch you through a trapdoor down two hundred and fifty-seven feet of twisting, turning, high speed adventure. For maximum adrenaline, experience the hurtling drops of Cannonball Falls and Hurricane Falls. Wild raft rides await on Geronimo and Zooma Falls, on the Swiss Family Toboggan, as well as on the tube like Tornado, and on the Shark Attack. Visit the water coaster, Typhoon for a one of a kind ride. It’s the world’s first ProSlide Rocket water coaster!

The park also features a lazy river, wading pool, kiddie pirate ship, huge kiddie octopus, wave pool, lagoon style pool, and a huge kiddie island tree house play structure complete with dumping bucket. For wet and wild fun year round, check out Great Wolf Lodge, where the temperature is always just right. This indoor waterpark is over sixty-eight thousand square feet and has something for everyone! Tear down the funnel of the Howlin’ Tornado slide, launch yourself down the Wolf Tail, raft down the River Canyon Run or tube down Alberta Falls. Children of all ages will love exploring Fort Mackenzie. This huge play structure comes complete with interactive activities and slides!

If you’re looking to relax and kick back, take a spin down the lazy river or enjoy the soothing warm waters of the North Hot Springs. For smaller children there’s the Whooping Hollow area complete with tiny slides for even small water lovers to enjoy. There’s also a wave pool, exciting crossing activity, zero-depth tot pool, and activity pool with basketball. Tons of dryland activities await. While the park isn’t really a water park, it does have some pretty sweet water rides! For a one of a kind adventure you can’t miss all the inflatable action of Cape Cod! The park is truly unique! Jump and bounce on blow up castles, giant frogs, dinosaurs, tropical oceans, octopuses, fire trucks, and so much more!

For smaller children there’s a toddler’s zone for kids under thirty-eight inches. It comes complete with water slides, dry bouncers, obstacles, slip and slide, tee ball, basketball, and of course, the ball pit. Be sure to visit the gift shop, arcade and café for more fun!

Welcome to this sixty-five thousand square foot indoor waterpark where the temperature is always eighty-four degrees. Water slides in vivid colours, cool pools, crossing activities, lazy river and huge interactive play centers make for hours and hours of family fun.

The park features the unique Dip-In Theatre area comes complete with zero-depth entry pool, water spouts, dumping buckets, and a huge screen that plays movies. Just for guests sixteen and older there’s an Indoor/Outdoor spa. The park also features a giant outdoor splash pad open during the summer. For tons of dryland fun there’s a huge arcade.

Pack a picnic and head over to the Breezy Picnic Grounds for a day of wet and dryland fun. The park features three, three hundred foot slides for hours of adrenaline packed, soaking wet fun. The beautiful grounds of the park make for great picnicking or just relaxing.

There’s a huge lake complete with a sandy swimming area. If you forgot to pack lunch there’s also a snack bar and for more adventures, a games room.

7. Cape Codder Resort & Spa, Hyannis

The brand new, thirty thousand square foot indoor/outdoor water park is now open at Cape Codder. Two exciting one hundred and sixty foot slides will get your heart racing. For the kids there are two smaller fifty and eighty foot slides that wind through a pirate ship! The three hundred foot lazy river is complete with waterfalls, rapids and spouting humpback whale.

Exciting kiddie areas include a spray pool with dumping bucket and small slides. The huge ten thousand square foot wave pool with water fountains and water umbrellas will have you swimming and splashing for hours. If you came to relax, sit back and enjoy the warm waters of the twenty-four person Jacuzzi. Relax in the saunas and visit the café to complete your experience!

Open seasonally from June until September, this water and splash park is a great place to beat the heat. The park doesn’t have any high thrill rides or cool pools, but it is a great place to take the kids on a hot day.

Children of all ages, and even adults, will enjoy splashing around in the cool, spraying waters. There’s grassy areas surrounding the park so you can sit back and soak up the sun if relaxing is more your thing. The spray pool also comes complete with a café.
